The Standards Testing Laboratories’ Plunger Test Machine is a standalone system for performing plunger strength testing on a wide range of tires. With multiple options for controls and upgrades, this machine can be manufactured to customer specifications to accommodate any testing needs.
Features:
- PLC or PC (Allen Bradley / National Instruments) Control system
- Operator interface panel (touch screen) for machine control
- A master computer for test parameters, test monitoring, result analysis, and report printing
Capabilities:
- Automatic mode – test parameters entered through a master computer, then downloaded to a controller (manual mode optional)
- Travel speed adjustable
- Automatic air regulation systems
- Test results can be automatically stored in a database
